Teku, that's hot. I've been doing that with my hands, not just tossing it back with a twist! Gonna play with this something fierce this week...

Same here, I even did that somewhere in this competition, never thought of no hands. I'm going to try it right now...much easier then I thought, except I think it looks like I'm having a seizure when I flick it back.

I think it's going to be one of those moves that's easy to do, but hard to do well.

Wow, great Trick!
I must say everybody did great and that makes me happy of having dared the back of the hand iso.
I'm going to try...I hope I succeed...

Ciao!

Carlo

P.S. Thanks Sennyo for allowing me to pause.

Thanks Sennyo! :D

Guess I'll wait a little bit to try and get those back of the hand isos better, feels pretty random at the minute.

Even if my last tricks still suck I am not ashamed and am applying with this:

1. Windshield wiper
2. Walking halfpipe
3. Prayer
4. Prayer chestroll
5. Inverted prayer curl
6. Claw iso / arm roll extension
7. palm iso transfers
8. Cradle iso
9. Break & Reversal Chest Roll
10. Arm tranfer (does it have a name?)

Wow, this got really interesting while I was away... and really hard too!!! I'll see if I can put something (very sloppy) together and enter this week... finally! You are all amazing! I'm loving this thread! :D

Made mine today, but since I'm using my sil-x ball, the isos are very sloppy. For my trick I did an arm spiral (I think thats the name anyway). I did it 2 ways, the first way is the way I like to do it, but the second way is a smoother way, and much harder.

I really hope things will not go on getting harder and harder too fast because I can say it was already hard enough to close the combo today...I'd suggest we relax little...

Finished with Outside Pass Outside Arm Rolls (?) with chestrolls in the middle, something that kind of flows nice I think. Then some fannying about with the reversal chest roll.

I think I finally understand the palm iso transfers. Now to learn the Cradle iso.
