Same here, I even did that somewhere in this competition, never thought of no hands. I'm going to try it right now...much easier then I thought, except I think it looks like I'm having a seizure when I flick it back.

I think it's going to be one of those moves that's easy to do, but hard to do well.

Wow, this got really interesting while I was away... and really hard too!!! I'll see if I can put something (very sloppy) together and enter this week... finally! You are all amazing! I'm loving this thread!

Made mine today, but since I'm using my sil-x ball, the isos are very sloppy. For my trick I did an arm spiral (I think thats the name anyway). I did it 2 ways, the first way is the way I like to do it, but the second way is a smoother way, and much harder.

Finished with Outside Pass Outside Arm Rolls (?) with chestrolls in the middle, something that kind of flows nice I think. Then some fannying about with the reversal chest roll.
