I think it's pretty awesome. The kendama is no laughing matter; it's freaking tough.

I'd like to see a someone talented at contact-poi give these go.

I am wondering why Sennyo wrote collab videos - is there going to be more than one video?

OOOPS! That's what I get for not double checking what I just wrote before hitting the submit button. Just one video. I went back my original post and destroyed that "s". Thanks for catching that! :D

Poll]]> Wow, I had no idea it was so popular over there! I live in Maine and I don't think I've ever seen a kid carrying one around here.

Skill toys are awesome. And if it's this one that gets a lot of kids into exploring manipulation skills, I'm all for that! This one happens to be extra frustrating. If you ever have a chance to see someone in person who is extremely skilled with it, it may change your mind. ^_^ I'm not drawn to it personally but I can understand why some are.

If all I had to worry about was myself, I would be very tempted but…
I have both a wife and a dog to consider.
My better half was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia last year which not only meant her career in the RAF was over but she’s struggling getting and holding onto a job, meaning I’m the only one in the house hold bringing anything in. I’m often finding myself looking after her so I can’t be away for more than a few hours when I’m at work. My world seems to consist of what if.

Though at this moment in time, we are fortunate to have a larger selection of balls - be it on size, color, material, or even gimmick - I am sure that there is that ball which you've always dreamed of becoming a reality.

For me, I've always wanted a 125mm golden ball with a highly reflective surface like that of chrome. Too bad it's still a dream.
