That clears everything up. When we write, things can be misunderstood sometimes, because we miss the voice's sound and body expressions. In my case...we even speak different languages! That's why I took the liberty to ask an explanation. Moreover, this forum is LOVELY and I was sure you didn't want to undervalue my efforts.
I am glad you took my request the right way. Thanks a lot! I'll do of my best to stay in and smoothen my moves. This game is doing a lot for my improving in CJ. Thanks!

Ahhh so good. I've never even attempted back of the hand isos, they've always just seemed to difficult to bother with. Thank you for the impetus to practice.

So here's mine, with predictably sloppy isolations, especially the cradle iso.

1. Windshield wiper
2. Walking halfpipe
3. Prayer
4. Prayer chestroll
5. Inverted prayer curl
6. Claw iso / arm roll extension
7. 2 handed palmspin iso
8. Cradle iso
9. Thumb-touches (I don't know that there's a name for this trick, but if I win, I'll be happy to post a tutorial or something)

Does anyone have tips for the back of the hand iso?

Finally got my video up with an extremely sloppy back of the hand iso. I followed it up with a neck trick, what I call a chicken wing.

My video is in the process of processing. It has been for a while. Should have it up by the end of the day.

*edit

Ok it's done processing. I have attempted the back of the hand iso with very little success and add one of my sprIng goals. Bridge rolls also sloppy but I'm enjoyng learning them so I said I'd give it a go. Many many fails. Lol

Have you done yours already Brian? I'm up in Edinburgh next week - I was going to suggest we tour some landmarks and take some video.

Sloppy but what the hell. Last trick is like a chestroll revert thing, for the comps sake maybe just have a single one or something.

Haven't done my yet. Thom is back on Thursday and I think we are doing a joint effort. It will be great to get you in on it too. I think Liam is up for it too. Let's get all the sights in. Lol

I can't film mine this week, I'm sorry. I hope this doesn't mean I'm out...

I really like all the tricks you added my friends!

Okay. This week was DIFFICULT to choose. Sometimes I just want to say... can't we just take all the entries this week and put them in!

The winner this week is.... TEKU! I love that break & reversal chest roll. Very unexpected to the viewing audience. AND a great variation of a chest roll to add into everyone's bag of moves!

I'm just calling it a break & reversal chest roll because that's how we refer to these types of moves in hooping. If there is another name for it, please let me know!

What we got so far (I'm stealing your list Lirnyk... you named some of these better than I had).

1. Windshield wiper
2. Walking halfpipe
3. Prayer
4. Prayer chestroll
5. Inverted prayer curl
6. Claw iso / arm roll extension
7. 2 handed palmspin iso
8. Cradle iso
9. Break & Reversal Chest Roll

Depending on where you want to go next, you can put in 1 or 2 of these half chest rolls. If you're comfortable with this already, go ahead and put in 2 to so that you practice both sides. If this is new, feel free to just put in one. Either will work.

AND... I must say that I'm impressed with the effort everyone put in to the back of the hand iso...and was brave enough to show yourself trying. Definitely do not get any points taken off for stumbling through. As long as you're trying, that's all that matters!

Getting quite the nice routine here. :D

Oh and Carlo... you're definitely not out! Just jump back in when you can. That goes for anyone who wants to either jump in for the first time or jump back in!
