I'm working on being able to breathe and do an outside elbow stall at the same time. Progressing smoothly for my right but my left arm's progress changes from day to day. It's taunting me...

It's like working with a clumsy giant! I've been working on writing with my left hand in the hopes that it'll make my small movements more controlled. I wonder if lefties have as much trouble with their right hand?

Try working with a lighter ball. That requires more conscious control, then when you change to a heavier ball, you will grasp it faster.

I'm working on getting rid of my headache.... and spirals.

Spoiler:
Welcome to my secret video...I like to put up video of myself trying new things so that I can go back later and remember all those moments I liked so much before. I kinda want to know how many more or less people will watch this poor quality video because I put it in a spoiler box...any way I hope these videos help others out as well...all 15 of you...

I did.

I've been back into multiball now that it is summer.
Also, I'm working hard on bodyrolling. I could use some help on inside elbow curls/spirals/I don't know what to call them.

If it is spirals, i will try to point a couple of things. When rolling the ball towards the elbow and before the ball reaches the stall (at any part of your arm you feel comfortable with) push the ball up with your arm, so that you create more space and time, and make a full turn of the arm around the ball. When turning the arm around the ball, the more you bend your elbow inside your body, the better control you get and this way you can really feel the route the ball follows. The closer the ball to the wrist is, the easier the move is - try starting the spiral at different points of your arm to feel more comfortable with the move.
To finish with, there are two different directions to do the spiral, two ways to start the rolling (inside or outside elbow roll) and two ways to finish the move (inside or outside elbow roll). Enjoy the combinations

Hope i helped and not confused you... :D c yas!

2 Ball tricks from Kyle's workshop at Kinetic which are a lot of fun and planning my bit for the collab video!

I thought of this years ago, and just now it has started to work but I want to be able to wave hello with the ball rolling over my finger tips in the same sort of motion as a butterfly. Right now it is more at the butt wiper stage of things, but it is a solid start!

Wow, that sounds really cool. I can't wait to see it happen :D

I'm working on learning the bridge roll. Just can't seem to make it go up the arm. Oh gravity, you will be conquered!

i don't know its name...three spheres in one hand, spinning or not, then there comes another in a chestroll and you turn the one hand with the three spheres so that they are facing the ground then let the one sphere roll over the back of your occupied hand which you turn around fast in order to let the one ball finish the pyramid.
tried it for loooooooong, today it has worked out half gracefully for the first time. :-D :-D :-D

At the moment some dance routines for a murder mystery I'm in. (Yes, a musical murder mystery.) I am NOT a dancer, and for some reason it's always taken me about 15 times as long as anyone else to learn a routine. Any routine....For example, Glass Menagerie last fall: I had to do a simple little waltzy thing with the guy who played opposite me. Took the whole two months rehearsal time. And these routines have actual dancey choreography (that I have to learn in less than a week; dang last minute shows)...crap.

So anyway, getting to the point of the thread...to help myself out, I've been practicing at home with a stageball in my hands. By the end of August when this show ends, I'll have transformed the entire thing into a CJ routine. Bwahahaha!!! Take that, difficult dance steps! I shall conquer you yet!
