Blew my mind when I saw it too. I can only ever really hope to be as good as that, I mean you hardly even see it wobble.

paponda I thinking you may have raised the level of collective awareness for this trick because I have recently had some massive level ups with this trick also! Not only have I gotting it to stay way longer, but I have also been able to roll the ball there!

Grateful Juggler: Thanks for your comment. Glad it's working for you! I can walk with it a little now, but have yet to roll it there.

Brace yourselves, epic stuff is coming! (or no...)

Until then... watch it and imagine the possibilities:

Got mine balancing now :)

I started not even a week ago, just with 3.75 inch acrylic. I just kept putting it on the spot I wanted and tried to balance it the normal way, that is moving underneath it, like you would balance a broom on your hand. Soon the dent began to form and it pretty much just sits there.

I find that each day I sort of need to re-dent my head, its still there, but just not as deep, will it become more permanent?

It'll probably became more permanent, but I don't think it'll stay forever like after 1 hour of practice.
Maybe having to re-dent is not a bad thing!

Thanks Dawn. I have to get time and record some of the tricks I'm practicing with 1 and 2 diabolos + top-of-head stall.

Once I've had it there for an hour or more, it starts to hurt a little right in the dent, not like a headache or anything, but can doing this for too long cause any damage?

Me, my friends and some teachers we know, that study health-related subjects, believe that NO!
But we can be wrong, who knows?!

[I hope I'm still speaking english, not really sure about the first sentence]
