cant watch your video because i am at work right now, but this is my solution for editing HD on a low end machine

use a video converter like winFF to make duplicate versions of your file at low resolution, say 320 x 180. do your edit on the low quality files, and then just swap back in the HD footage when you are ready to hit render. even my computer slows down with 1280 x 720 footage, this solution works great for me...

Ok I've only watched the first 4 minutes but I want to say good work, you are doing a lot of the right things and exploring some neat artistic dance territory that few people are exploring, so respect and bonus points to you :)

The challenge now is all about attention to detail, and really comes down to level of isolation. All of the tricks and concepts you showed in your video are fine, but they would be 95% way more sick and awesome if your isolations were cleaner.

What this means though, is that the next step is breaking down the movements and understanding each axis of rotation in your body, learning to control your hips and shoulders and head along with everything else to create a sustained illusion of stillness. Go FULL robot for a while and you can learn a lot of this stuff quite quickly.

But then I suspect something else is happening. For many people who are exploring this style of contact juggling, they have first learned the 'fundamentals' of 1ball and are using their understanding of isolation and balance technique to show interesting material in this new style. By diving into this new style right away, I worry that the fundamentals of good contact juggling (think oldschool, "contact juggling: part one with Greg and Owen" style) are being lost and they are hyperimportant for this style to develop, so i dunno. that's maybe a bigger critique; show more variation of technique outside of the illusion/isolation style, but still find a way to integrate it into the overall effect.

Dance is hard. you are still very stiff and rigid, you need to lose yourself. contact is a state of mind. think about the trajectory that your chest is moving in.. the rail that your body is travelling on and the push and pull of the ball and your body. So much stuff is happening that can be exploited for cool effects. but everything needs to be bigger and cleaner; hold back and then release, its hard to talk about on the forum but dance people like ed or elsie can say more on this subject.

Overall point; go robot more, and learn all sorts of ninja little details and develop your body control. ISOLATE EVERYTHING as hard as you can all of the time. Stand very still for 20 minutes without moving anything.
