well i think thats what its called :) , im talking about the isolation where you stick on ball on top of the other and proceed to isolate them with a palm spin type motion. i am currently working on the single ball palmspin isolation and making some progress but was would love to learn this move. so i was wondering if anyone can do it and if they have any tips on learning such a move, thanks.

I would say practice the palm iso with one ball in each hand (obviously). i found that once i started practicing on both hands at once it really helped me solidify my palm iso technique. focus on getting the same speed and circle on both hands. once you've got that try isolating with your arms out to the side high, low, and down the centerline of your body; basically try it anywhere you can think of. after you've done all that it's pretty easy. i hope that helps a little. good luck, theres lots of fun to be had with simultaneous palm isos!

Thats what im tying to do at the moment, got it looking good on my right but now working on the left. the move im talking about is where you have the two balls touching, one above the other and then with one hand on top and one on the bottem proceed to isolate them. thsnkd for the advice though, im finding at the moment the more i practice them the more comfortatble they feel.

Oh, thaaat move. Well i guess the question is what kind of balls are you using? It's much easier with a stage ball or something tacky.

im currently practicing with two 100mm stage balls. I have figured out how to do it horizontally but still have no idea on how to do it vertically. i know its much easier with stage balls but is it possible to do it with acrillics as i would love to go from having two balls issolated seperatly then bring them together and isolate them again.
