My god... That man has mastered his body. That was the most intense CJ I have seen!

His balance, strength and agility are phenomenal but I have to say I didn't much like his cj. It looked too fast and sloppy to me. Collapsed chestrolls, wobbly isolations. He's rockin' his stall points but there wasn't much else to admire cj wise. If he hadn't dressed it up with the fancy yoga it would have looked like anyone's one or two year video don't you think?

And the yoga part is not so great than that, it is just a style in my taste... with hanstand and legflex, i agree, a bit short to be called yoga ;)

Having his eyes closed almost the entire time makes things pretty impressive...

It was nice to see where this man's flow takes him.
I enjoyed it.

I think that the physical/technical skills required for this video takes many years of practice and devotion, not just 1-2 years. The solid head stall itself takes many years to master - i guess - and this guy here looks very comfortable with a ball (or more) on his head doing acrobatics or yoga or whatever that may be called
The stalls, as you also mention, take a lot of practice as well to be solid, especially for a long routine/impro like this one!
For sure props to the performer! (not my style but i would love to be able to do some of those insane stuff  )

PS. I almost forgot to mention that one; i strongly believe that it is the years of practice on yoga rather than the fancy yoga dress that makes the difference!

Hi Congascious. I wasn't actually talking about the way he was dressed. I was saying that what i thought was impressive about it was much more his yoga skills than his juggling skills. But that said, I'm totally with you... I'd give anything to be able to do some of that stuff.
