The full routine. This is where contact juggling started.
Dare I say, this may be the most important post in the forum.
If you are reading this, watch it now. I imagine it might get pulled off youtube in the next week.

Okay it didn't blow me away like I thought it would but it remains a really nicely put together routine which is made all the more special because of the innovation and ingenuity present.

What I love is looking at how far we've come since this was performed and how the style has changed and evolved.

Seriously though, put some troosers on man, you'll catch your death. (this has officially knocked the 'Suspenders' routine off the top spot of 'most revealing contact performance')

LTC was the one who found it, actually. He posted it on MoM, and I thought it appropriate to put in DotOrg as well :)

It's wonderful. Of course, nothing new regarding the technique, but every effect is thought to be emphasize and the construction is perfect. So now, where's his hoop video ???

i too have never seen it, it was well put together, not as mind blowing as it seems to be worked up as. but it is neat to compare that the "modern" contact juggling that is going on now, its expanding/evolving alot!
but its nice to finaly see the birth of contact juggling, no matter how simple some of the things were, it was still amazing all the same, and on a side note, were the balls glass or acrylic? they looked kinda glass like to me

he does.:P the one ball sequence he magically is dressed in a black body suit.

Find me a better contact routine vid on youtube. I don't think so. not many match his skill, k the multiball is a bit touch and go. but his 1 ball style is slick as fook. and the rountining itself in parts and as a whole whoops so much ass.

yep still dope 8)

Hey Ed, Very Cleverly avoiding defining what "it all" is.
"It all" wasn't "Contact Juggling", and "it all" wasn't Ball Contact and "it all" wasn't palmspinning.....

I'd recommend that you think carefully before you write your answer on this subject, its a potential minefield.
Good find Ed, I wonder who posted it, and how long it will stay up!

I think its an AMAZING routine. in reply to Colin His multiball technique might not seem 100% by today's standard, but its a heck of a lot better than we could do 20 years ago! and he's been polishing that for 20 years since.....

same youtube user has posted a lot of the pbs special
here's the ring peice that a lot of people have been copying/inspired by in the last few years.

Don't get me wrong Colin, that one ball is beautiful and the control and ingenuity is immense.

But

It didn't blow me away like I figured it would. Fun in the Hangar blew me away, I'm amazed by it every time I watch, likewise the first time I saw the isolation videos that you and Ed were posting made my jaw drop.

With this I thought 'that's interesting' and that's about it. Now it's time for Moschen's inspiring ring piece.

Thank you, Drew ! It's wonderful, as wonderful as in my memories. I hadn't seen this vid since years, and I was astonished. I'm really like a child in front of this video : this work is really a masterpiece, even now.
