Inspired by all the recent video posts, my lack of income, and gass, I left work early so I could throw together my own video. I ended up putting about 20 minuets into making the video and spending the rest of the day trying to figure out how to get it online.

Over all I’m not real happy with how it came out. Some days I can put on a CD, and immediately get sucked into the music, and bust out a smooth improvised routine. Today, not so much. There are a few parts I’m pretty happy with. But when I watch it, I see myself trying to figure out what to do next and freezing up a bit before transitions. My arm rolls were also really jerky and too fast today. At least it’s a decent example of the type of moves I’m working on.

What Colin said...

That Video was cool! Some really nice stuff! That's quite a big ball you're using too... what was that, 6"?

Thanks for all the positive feedback, I’m glad people liked it. The ball I’m using is the 5” one I got from Renegade. I love it for body rolling. Good size, weight, roundness. Unfortunately it has some kind of valve hole thingy on it that makes for a pretty big tell during isolations.
Any input on what people think I should change or work on? Things I should slow down or work on smoothing out, add, transitions that don’t work well, that kind of stuff.

YAY for more body rollers! Thanks for the video. I especially love the elbow tip-behind your head to elbow tip roll... Like nothing I have seen before.

:D

Just the other day I was looking for CJ videos on google. I may have to play with those behind the head armrolls, look a tad bit fun. Of course, I suppse I'd have to do something with my ponytail first. Anyway, nice video, and if it weren't 2:27am, I'd be outside trying some of that.

That was good stuff Stick man! Nice control of the ball.

I tried downloading it from google to host it myself but couldn't work out how to do it.
If it can be done, someone let me know how and I'll sort it.
Or Stick man, if the file is less than ten meg (ha ha, fat chance)
then pm me and email it.
I can't do it until next Thursday though, I'm away for a bit in a couple of hours.
