I tend to palm iso the best the first time i pick a ball up that day. It feels like my fingers are still slightly stiff for the first 5 mins or so of CJing, and it seems to help me (especially with palm isoing).

Has anyone else noticed this? Or do you tend to iso the best at another particular time in the day?

Module, I am the same way. My palm isos are usually the best at the beginning. They are even better if I start them after 20 or 30 minutes of arm rolls. But after 20-30 mins of isolation they got pretty sloppy.

They are the best when no one is looking. Irony, it's a killer. :(

well considering i just finally figured out the mechanics of the palm spin ISO they are never good it is sloppy but everyone that has seen me do it says it looks like its floating on water. I will take the compliment and just work harder on making it less choppy

Yeah, I learned it on my left hand so I could do it on both hands. But now my right hand is the slightly weaker one when it comes to iso's.
