I noticed while searching around this site that there are millions of tutorials on single moves and usually I would say that's a great thing and we can all work with those separately to find what we like, but as a beginner I was a bit lost as to what combinations work well together.

So i thought why not start a thread saying what your favourite combo is?

At the moment i would say mine is a left hand butterfly into an arm curl, throwing it up gentle to left hand cradle then rolling it cradle-cradle then cradle to arm to palm.

I realize its rather hard to explain these things so videos may be helpful.

I really hope i'm not being stupid and this sort of thread already exists....
