So, I can palmspin 2 balls on both hands fairly well but for some reason I find it easier on my left hand than my right (I'm right-handed), it's the same now I'm moving onto 3 ball and palm circles: left is fairly easy after a short while of practice but right is more difficult.

Has anyone else found this or am I just odd?

Similar things are also happening with my isos but I'm just beginning on them and there isn't too much of a difference.
Any explanations?

totally normal.

Try to forget that left and right are different, and they'll feel the same. but of course, they are different... it's all about how you think about it.

Thanks Ed :)

Good to know I'm not any stranger than I already knew.

You are not alone! I'm a lefty but very right hand dominant with palm spins/iso's and pyramids. I always wondered if years of playing guitars left-handed has made my right hand more dexterous after all the fretboard work it's done.

For me most iso techniques start out better on my left hand, even though I'm right handed. As time goes on I get better with my right hand, and the motion of my left hand seems akward, even though it's the exact same as when I started.
I attribute this to the fact that the Right Brain(left hand) is capable of viewing what the move looks like as a whole before I even really know how to do the move, and therefore can execute the move without training. As the Left Brain(Right hand) tends to be more oriented with learning steps to solve a problem, the right hand becomes better at it with practice and learns how to perform the technical aspects of the move. That is why eventually it feels more natural to do it right handed, even though I start out better left handed. /lesson on right side-left side mechanics.

I find that some weeks my left hand totally gets it and is a lot smoother than the right, then it swaps over. I do find adding a transfer so I'm doing a few on each hand then swapping very good, it kinda balances out. But mostly I try not to think it and treat them the same- as Ed said.

Wow, my wife and I were just discussing this. I've only been CJing for a couple of months and my wife has started to pick up the balls and spin em two at a time. She said to me the other day, "it's weird, it's easier to spin them in my left hand"... I was like "whoa, wait, I noticed that too!", and then seeing this thread, yeah there is something to it that goes beyond the hands just not being identical.

I notice when I palmspin 3 in really slow motion, I get some kinks or stopping points in my right hand that I don't in my left. It almost feels like there is additional muscle or something getting in the way. Heck, I have no idea what it is, but yeah much easier to spin in my 'weak' hand.
