keep in mind this guide is for multiball contact juggling, a 3" ball is fine for most isolations/hand rolling, but if you want to learn bodyrolling then a stageball might be better than a translucent acrylic.

These 85mm are slightly larger than a 3inch (75mm) acrylic

they have translucent blue (UV), but in 75mm only

I also have a 7 inch hand.

When I was looking for a ball size in multiballs, the best advice I got was if you can hold them you and juggle them. Thought not strictly true, it is a good guide.

I have a 3.5 inch for single ball body work and I'm good with 2.25 for multiball holding four flat in my hand at a time. Though I do tricks with no more then three in a hand at a time. I'm still working my way up to 2.5 inch balls.

Two months on my road to perfection.

A 4" stage ball is a great place to start. Well for me at least it was. You have the same hand length as me and I thought 3" was way to small. Now 3.5 I can attest for since I don't own one of that size.

If you decide to do multiball j would recommend jumping straight into the deep end of the pool and using 3".
