The Game:

The way this will work is I'll start us off by posting a video of me doing a simple contact juggling trick, perhaps the windshield wiper. Then, everyone participating in the contest will send in a video of themselves doing the Windshield Wiper followed by some other slightly more difficult trick of their choosing.

I'll pick one of contestants to be the new "leader" based on their video. If the new leader's video was a windshield wiper followed by, say, a back-to-back transfer butterfly, then every participant then has to send a video in of themselves doing a windshield wiper followed by the b-2-b butterfly, followed by another slightly more difficult choice. I will then choose a new leader based on those videos.

Of course, if you can't perform what trick the newest "leader" performed, you're out. The last person standing is the winner.

HERE ARE THE RULES:

*Only one-ball stuff. I want everyone on .org to be able to participate, even the ones who only have one acrylic, or a lacrosse ball, or whatever.

*Every contestant will have at most one week from my picking a new "leader" to send in their new videos. If you need extra time then tell us, but otherwise I'm going to cut it off after a week. If we get all the videos in earlier, and I encourage that, then I'll just pick a new leader early.

*Sign-up ends NEVER. Jump in if you want to join. Sign up or be square. Please just post something saying you're interested. Convince all of your .org friends to sign up. This should be a great learning experience for you guys just starting, and a great challenge for you guys with experience.

*Be experimental! This competition is so we can all learn; if you have a new trick, throw it in there, and make us all learn it.

*If there are still more than 3 or 4 people left and one move stumps everyone, we'll redo that round with a different leader.

*Say the name or explain the move you are adding. You can do this by either talking on your video or by writing it out in your post.

Game starts TOMORROW!!!! Get ready! I am! Feel free to post any questions that you may have. Yes, its my responsibility to pick the next leader every week.

Here are some hints on how you can become the next leader:

I understand if you haven't been cjing that long. Just do the best you can. That's all I'm looking for. This is supposed to be fun. I'm no expert myself!

If I know you've been cjing for quite a while, I'll be looking for fluidity. This game will progress and get into the more advanced stuff. Take advantage of having to focus on the beginning stuff again!

Like it says in the rules.....BE CREATIVE!!!! Play around and see if you can find little unique variations to moves.

The original post here before the game started up-

With the new year coming right up...and a lot of people probably thinking about things they want to accomplish with cj.....

To help keep people practicing,

CAN WE PLEASE START THIS UP AGAIN???

Even though I don't have a lot down, the last time this was played was almost a year before I got here. I would love a chance to play.

How about it Lyrnik? Worked well it way it was the first time? Any changes?
:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Is it okay if my camera captures a large amount of motion blur?

You can still tell what I'm doing, mostly..

No problem if not, just wondering :)

No problem. I'm going to do it webcam.

A problem I had with the last one is it was sometimes hard to tell what the new move was. New rule: describe the new move. Also, let's keep it simple for a while, so beginners can stay in.

Thanks for bringing this up again! I'd love to participate, but don't currently have the time moderate; if you take over, Sennyo, I'll be happy to help however I can.

Let's get this party started =]

Sure why not participate, I'm curious on how far I can make it in a competition with some of the greats on the board.
