Just for fun so we can compare notes.

Right palm spins, 1 ball, standard isolation type move, how slow can you go. It'll be good practice for us to slow down alittle.

Basically get a clock with the seconds showing, wait for it to hit the 12 mark and start doing your palm spins. Do ten full revs and then check where your clock is at. Ok you can make it last as long as you want but go for smooth, non stop circles.

I'm on 10 revolutions in just under 13 seconds, revolutions are smooth enough but it's about as isolated as a cat in heat. 80mm ball, i guess that'll influence it too.

Average about 15-17 seconds with an 84mm acrylic. It was pretty much the same with the 75mm acrylic and 100mm babache. The isolation was clean with the 75mm today. The 84mm felt too heavy. that was probably because I tried it completely cold. So I'd say 16 seconds.

I could go slower but thats my speed for optimum isolation. Any slower and sometimes it has a wobble. I reckon 20-25 seconds is where I'd like to be clean at. I have girlie sized hands too. If you have larger hands then even slower would probably be better.

cool, after spending quite a while at it i've gotten 10 revs up to 40seconds, comfortable enough, not beautifully isolated. I guess you can go as slow as you want but after a certain point i do seem to lose the flow of it. It becomes more steps, than a nice flowing circle. 100mm

I get the most problems around the heel of my hand.

The Slowest Palmspins I got were 45 seconds for ten with a 3".
My Normal pamlspin is about 15 seconds for ten.

Anyone want to see how slow they can do a series of five chest rolls?

I've managed 20secs so far... Anyone else?

My normal circle is around 16 sec (for 10 revolutions) right now.
depends on music, though.

Hmm, five smooth chestrolls? Probably a couple minutes. That would be because I finally got the hang of them (I was too scared to try until I got a stage ball anyway), so now, while I'm not dropping it anymore, the smooth and pretty rolls are few andfar between. Oh well...

I can take about 35 seconds to do ten palm spins with a 3". Funny, like every has said, working them slow helps smooth things out, what a concept.
