Hey all

I'm practicing one ball palm iso since I started last year and am still working on it. I did a lot of slooooooow doooooooown work as beeing adviced but got bored of it and stopped when I saw some results coming and started to get something a bit visual.
At this stage I kept practicing it a lot but at my regular speed all the time. The palmspinning was a bit bumpy specially around the thumb place. i thought it as a detail and that it would shove of with time.

Then I re-slowed down. and Now it's gone, in 2 weeks !!!
months of work : no real result, then 2 weeks of slooow speed and that's it !
I never doubted that slowing was usefull, but that much ! I should have listened better. Would have saved months I guess.

So if it can help some even fresher Contacters than me with their palmspinning :

SLOW THAT BALL DOWN GODDAMMIT !!!

i know it's not the first time it's being said, but someone should have hit me on the side of the head everytime I kept speeding like mad.

yep slow motion is the fastest way to learn.. naturally i started making this move anticlockwise.. and now im learning it clockwise... it sucks when you start learning this movemont and have to go slooooooooow, cause it wont move, until you start getting used to it... an vuala you learn the move in a short period of time
