    BE CAREFUL with these. There is a Huge amount of nerves running through your wrist, stretching is good. Straining or spraining is NOT! When it come to your wrist you can do some long term, possibly permanent damage if you try to pull or bend too much. I have been doing all these stretches for quite a while. IT DOESN'T HAPPEN OVER NIGHT! Listen to your body, if it hurts, even just a little. STOP!!!

    Keeping your wrist limber is an important part of Contact Juggling. Fancy flourishes­ , "Flip Flops," and tricks like "Static Prayers" to name a few, are at the worst painful and un-executa­ble, and at the least sloppy, and lacking in fluidity. BE CAREFUL with these.
