This move shows off how ugly my palm-palm passes are (must work on them...) Starting in the usual right cradle, butterfly to the palm. Palm-palm pass to the left pal. butterfly to the cradle. Butterfly back to palm. Palm-palm pass to right palm. Butterfly to right cradle. Repeat. This is good for practicing your palm-palm passes in both directions. It\'s also good for when you\'re learning to do butterflies in both hands. |

| I found that it is better (at least for me) to first perfect the back-back pass since it is harder, then the palm, palm butterfly becomes much easier to learn |

| It is 8 days past a year since I uploaded this video, and I still hate it. I will do a few different versions of it tomorrow. I've been working on the palm-palm passes, and have come across several which don't seem too well-known (tada - creativity takes hold)... |
