Well, I did it. I created and made my own ren faire bodice. This is without a pattern, mind you. My husband wrapped me up in duct tape and I created a pattern from it. This is my result:

I think I can pass for a hobbit. What do you think? I have been working on this for about 6 months between research and getting stuff for it. I haven't tried any body rolls yet with it.

Great job. I do the duct tape method for making bodice/corsets as well.

I'd like to see one of those on you. Thanks for the comments. I feel really good about it. I have gone to the opening Sunday at the az ren faire for the last 2 years. Maybe this year again.
