In answer to ljcoombes -

The wristbands and lights make quite a bump which make armrolls virtually impossible. Due to the expensiveness off the uv leds, I didn't try too hard to be honest!

At the moment I have two bulbs, wired seperately (to four interchangable battery packs), and two wristbands. The combinations ive tried so far are:

1 inner wrist, 1 outerwrist in one wristband, 1 innerwrist on each wrist, and 1 inner wrist and one upper arm in two wristbands to do inner elbow flyaways (giving the appearance of the ball dissapearing for a second and reappearing on my arm)

All pretty effective but my camera won't let me take good photos!

Thanks for the info, Can't. Between your info and Silver's video, I may eventually fiddle around with this idea a bit myself! Though, I have a terrible tendency to slack off on this sort of thing...

That avatar picture does look rather cool already. I'm well intrigued by this. How difficult have they been to put together?

Not too bad actually. I has some light up necklaces that I massacred to make them but some cheap batteries and wires would have done the same job. The beauty of the little battery packs is that they're magnetic so you can easily stick an AA battery in it to make it brighter. My mates lending me her camera so lots of pics coming soon. Just need to figure out how to upload them!

i'll see if i can remember where mine are and photo them, they're flat coin cells soldered to leds (by one leg) and mounted in thin(1.5mm foam) with a velcro strap creating the pressure to keep the 'switch' made. v.simple, v.thin medium effective.
