I would like to learn them as well. All that I have been able to do so far is to give myself a headache. lol

Treat them like you would any other stall, once you get the balance start moving around. Walking, sitting down and standing up, jumping. Then start work on head catches and rolls (this is the point I'm up to)

I had dreads for 3 years, and am letting a new set tangle in now.

They put a bit of extra strain on the neck when they're tied up to do behind-the-neck rolls and headrolls.

Just practice the holds, but don't practice with a clear acrylic outside in the sun, lol!

For practicing the forehead, try either raising your eyebrows like you are surprised or making a grouchy face . Both of these will cause your forehead to wrinkle a bit and will make holding the ball there a bit easier. Most people prefer the raised eyebrows method. But different people's faces work differently and I have found that some people who were struggling with forehead stalls suddenly discovered that they could do them when they switched to the angry eyebrows instead of the raised eyebrows.
