i just had a great idea for a costume. Jareth from Labrynth! it'll be fun when people ask the usual "Whoa!" and "What is it?" to butterfly it around saying in a (bad) David Bowie impersonation "It's a crystal; nothing more, nothing less..."

ah, this might help, paradox. It's not a thorough as other costuming sites and has been silent for while now, but there might be some good reference material/contacts if you dig into the archive a bit and dodge the sarah-ballgown posts...

anyways, gl with the costume
