When you do the inside elbow stall, is it better to drink tea, or will coffee suffice?

Remember in a world without tea, 'wet paint' would be 'we pain' and nobody wants that (I think that joke works better out loud, or maybe just inside my own brainyfolder)

'We pain', ho ho, hahaaaaa *chuckle*

Just said it out loud

Brainyfolder? Surely you mean Brineyfolder...

(that wouldn't have worked without the italics)

I say its good methods. Probably best if the newer cjers understand whats going on. *cough* MoM workshops. you do need to brush up a little on your isolations though. Wasn't feeling the palm circle But you saw that coming.

Blímey Bríney, however did you manage to keep on with those isos for so long without reaching for a cuppa?

You must have been famished towards the end?

Isos are kind of addicting. I've been practicing the stuff in those videos for the last 2 days...my arm is soreish.

I think isos are just self inflicted punishment. I have no idea how to smooth them out....and I think they're probably enough to drive me crazy eventually.

Welcome to the addiction isolations are so worth the pain poured into them.

Oh yeah I forgot to say, warm-up and stretch before doing the iso practice. I won't be held responsible for RSI, vibration white finger, or black lung that may result from these moves.

And Elsie, you probably couldn't see the microscopic feeding tube connected to a large tank of Earl Grey hidden behind me. There is no such thing as too much of a good brew.

I saw and I like. I didn't know that about the hand drooping for elbow stalls... and yes, it looks silly. Thanks. I learned something.
