I guess I'm still treading beginners waters. I'm working on forearm rolls and passes. I can't seem to find/make enough time to practice, though. _________________ When you are a man, sometimes you wear strechy pants. It's for fun. |

So far, I'm still trying to get the 'behind the neck' roll. Trying to smoothe out palm circles with my left hand, and a couple armroll-to-armroll passes down. |

Everything. Lots of things anyway. Trying to be daring and learn arm rolls and chest rolls. It's funny because I can do them by accident, but not on purpose ever. |

I will try the line thing... Do you find it easier to have your arm doing the movement rather than the ball (like push your right arm to the left and then back again) or do you find it easier to tilt your arm back and then forward?
I have been trying both of these and seem to have the same success (or lack there of) with both. What do others recommend trying to learn first?
