Notice as I read through some of the threads a lot of emphasis is put on how your body is moving whilst doing a certain trick be it the hand not in use or moving to the flow of the ball.

So really this thread is to discuss ways in which we can move or would like to move.

Not that I have really perfected an Isolated forearm roll yet but there is something from mime called a wind up move, so instead of just reaching to grab something you would pull your up back first just slightly then go into the forward movement,Try it pretend to pick an apple first just reach up and grab it then try again but first pull your arm back before going for the apple. so wondering if the same could be applied to a forearm roll. or other moves.

What other Ideas about movement have you all had.

when doin isolation techniques people always love it if u move your body in a liquid motion, nice an smooth, and if you move around the ball whilst doing it.
and with body rolls and moving an isolation point short sharp jerky movements always look good.
i tend to just follow that with all my contact and put a trick into one of those sections
then if you put the 2 togeather its effective to say the least
Youre a wreck
An accident, forget the freak youre just nature
Keep the gun oiled and the temple clean, s**t snort and blaspheme
Let the heads cool and the engine run
Because in then end everything we do...
Is just everything weve done
