Yes. They are violent. Yes they are possibly outlawed where you live. But holy crap are they cool. I tried to learn how to do this along time ago, but cut my fingers too bad (I didnt hink I needed tape)

So, anyone else practice the fine art of balisong manipulation?

I do... but not to that extent. wouldn't mind learning more, but spheres are safer and more fun IMO. There are practice ones that are still metal, but with a dulled edge, and small holes in the blade so it can't be sharpened without ruining the knife. These are legal in all states, and still look really cool and flashy without being so dangerous.
