1.) Finger Flurry iso to armroll Iso
2.) Enigma iso
3.) barrel rolls to continuous back/back stairs
4.) 4 ball pyramid curl (one ball drops to behind the back catch) "the bludgeoning"
5.) two ball curling isos.
