I'm not sure exactly what you're saying... but try the essay section or the wiki. Whole bunch of fun tricks in there!

Hello everyone! I'm new as well.. And I have a question.. Does the wrist position have an effect on a lot of the moves involved with CJ? Should I try to relax my wrist or keep it in the same position?

I'm not good at wording.. Sorry..

I found when learning, keeping my wrist fairly stationary helped me with consistency. Now that I know the tricks, I tend to bend my wrist around more to give a more fluid flowing look. Also sort of depends what trick you're doing too, as to which looks better. There are definitely good resources here and other places online to learn stuff, or TryOutToys makes a really great learning video that teaches 55 different tricks. It deals mainly with rolls, not so much with isolations, but its a great tool. I know it helped me. Michael Glenn (the host of it) is not only a great sphereplayer, he explains the tricks easily, and you can see it done, and once you learn them all, its designed to be a full routine that you can perform. Visit their site, or drop me a message if you'd like one, I sell spheres and such in my store. But DEFINITELY scour every inch of this site... there's tons of stuff in here, and great, helpful people.
