My last camera had died on me, thanks to low-flying planes, so I haven't been able to keep up with my CJ video work. But here's my latest bit of effort. Not a routine so much as shotgunning moves one after the other. I hope everyone enjoys it, or at least enjoys the music :)
If anyone has advice for me, go right ahead. I'm all about criticism.
Try taking the time to slow down your isolations and really nail them. It gets easier and easier to do isolations quick the more time you spend doing them slowly. _________________ That's terrible, it must be like losing a tiny see-through child.

Great job. THanks for sharing. _________________ Contact juggling is a disease, to which there is no cure. It is a poem of which each movement is a word. If you CJ with your heart, your body will follow.
