it won't revert to the yellow and white thing.
non-modern browsers will see the site in a plain, black and white fashion, arranged in an easy to read manner (accessibility and all that...)
initially, modern browsers will see the site in a clean, freshly designed theme, arranged completely with CSS.
after I'm satisfied the site is working again, I will allow alternative stylesheets - some of which will be emulations of the current designs (I like them too).
the site will load quicker, because I am cutting out all tables, and will be optimizing further with frames (where available) and javascript (where available).
