Could you please shed some light on the "only offered on TV" Fushigi Ball?

My 8 year old was taken in by the marketing spiel and was convinced that the ball floats, and that a beginner can do the tricks. I did some searching and found contactjuggling.org

I think there will be some very anti-contact juggling consumers if there is not some easily visible clarification on the claims made in the commercial.

We are currently working to sort our the confusion that is being created by ZoomTV Products and the Fushigi Ball commercial. This community has been damaged by the senseless actions of this marketing company. We recommend purchasing a $10 'stage ball' from an online juggling vendor as a better alternative to learning with the Fushigi Ball. -Ryan (site admin)
