    Bodyrolling. Bodyrolling is where you roll a ball on your body, try to incorporate as much of your body as you can. Generally lines or strings of different tricks use arm rolls, spirals, chest rolls, neck rolls, matrix rolls, back rolls, and more recently leg rolls ( and countless variations of everyone of those), cartwheels, pirouettes, rolling on the floor, etc... When it comes to Bodyrolling, bigger is better when it comes to using a ball. Stage balls are easier to control than arcylics, but they work. 100mm and 125mm stage balls are what most people prefer to work these days. Two great examples of some good body rolling are Jea9, and Stickman ( wonbon on youtube). Check both of them out.
