kverens: I am assuming here that you are stacking in the left hand. Reverse instructions for the right hand. Do a pinky lift so that the top ball is dropped completely from the stack into your right hand, which is under the left hand. Lift the ball up from under the stack on the right side at the same time as doing another pinky lift so the ball seems to tumble onto the top of the stack again.
juggledo: A nice smooth way of doing this move is to come over the top of the top ball of the stack with the free hand, and maintain contact with it as the ball is pinkylifted off. A nice variation is to continue pinkylifts with the three balls that remain, and reintroduced a beat or two later.
