Hey there.. welcome to our virtual home.
:D

Hidden in the pages of this site is over a decade of information, video and other resources on the subject of contact juggling. If you are new here, or new to contact juggling in general, here are a few quick tips to get you started.

(1) Fill out your profile with information about yourself, links to your web-page, and your location in the world. Contact Jugglers are a rare breed, and while internet communication is fine for some things, your profile is the key to putting you in touch with other contact jugglers or events in your own area.

(2) Get an Avatar. Those little pictures beside your name are important for allowing people to recognize you. On your profile page, link to a picture of yourself hosted on the net. If you dont want to use a picture of yourself, why not browse through several avatar sites like Avitarity or Avatarist to see if you can find something to represent you. Simply download the image off the site onto your computer, and then use your profile page to send it through to us.
Alternately, personalize your own cartoon avatar with Tektek's Dream Avatar.

(3) Write an introduction here; let us know who you are, and what you want to get from this site.

(4) Browse through the essay section; lots of good information can be found there. For a beginner, I'd recommend Ferret's ''First Five Steps'' and my own ''4 Basic Isolations''

(5) Browse the video section of the forum. A lot of inspiration is to be found, as well as personal progress videos from all our members at all levels. There are a few videos archived on the site as well.

Thats all for now. Any questions, feel free to ask. If you think you might be wondering about something that has been asked before, try using the search feature to see if you can find any information that been posted already.

Have fun!
:ball:

Hello everyone.
I am 11 years old and i am just starting to think of starting contact juggling. I have not learnt any tricks yet nor have i bought a ball but i am very eager and interested to start. One of my main questions i want to ask is what type of ball should an average beginner like me use? Thanks alot

Theres no other ball to use, AceZach :D

Its not as pretty as an acrylic, but if you are truly interested in getting into CJ, this will make your life a LOT easier- PLUS! They are inexpensive and wont break as many valuable things as an acrylic will- Which your parents will appreciate.

I'm pretty sure the guy who runs this store, Marvin Ong, is originally from Malaysia.
