I am happy because I just ordered a new pair of glasses and because of a discount they had, my insurance completely covered it. Always nice when that happens.

I am listening to the Creaming Jesus version of A Forest and flashing back to Goth clubs in the late 80s!

I am thinking that Soveda and I have many things in common. I saw Creaming Jesus at (I think) the Camden Palace, probably in 1990 :D

Great band, they were. Those were the days when Pop Will Eat Itself had just about eaten themselves...

I am now remembering Tuesday nights at the Camden Palace and Full Tilt at the Electric Ballroom, not to mention The Web at the Astoria :D

I am rather enjoying the nostalgia invoked by the word association thread.

I am thankful that the security guys at the apartment are actually doing what they're supposed to... So tired... Maybe I can sleep now.

I am chuckling once more at the Pingo/photoshop stuff Bri keeps doing :D

Keep it up, it's most amusing!

On a vaguely related note, every time I see 'Bri' written down, I no longer read it in a crap British accent : "Brye". Now I read it the same way as the girl in your Open Mic Night video said it, in that really sexy drawl she had : "Braaaaaahh"... Far sexier, and no mistake...

I am amused at Elsies amusement!

You can say "Bri" how ever you would like, however, if you read it as "Bree" you MUST include "naughty"before it.

Yeah! Tuesdays was "Feet First", and I lost count of the amount of times I went to Full Tilt! I wouldn't be surprised if we were both in the same room at the same time all those years ago, wrecking to the Sisters

And yes, I did get home safely. I stopped for a little while to film my collaboration submission in the heart of England's beautiful countryside, I found the perfect spot. Everything about it says "visit England" :D
