I got a set of higgins brothers Eclipse clubs as a gift, I like them better than the Duncan Clubs I had been using, they seem to spin alot better, but the handles are still a bit hard on the hands, was wondering if there are any good techniques or advice for re-wrapping with softer tape, or just making the handles softer without throwing off the balance.

Also, its a set, so it has the 3 color holo-foil on white plastic, I am presuming removing that isnt to complicated, just a matter of unwrapping the tape right?

Both me and my friend have this same set. He re-wrapped his with a layer of medical tape and then covered it with white electrical tape. He swears by it. I don't noticed a huge difference...but that may just be because my hands got calloused after a few weeks of using them without anything. So not sure if that helps.
And yes, Just remove the black tape and the colored foil will fall right off.
