Ah, I was just watching some of these yesterday. Gonna try and use some of the ideas they have there, you know like bending over backwards while keeping the ball pinched in the small of my back then pulling my feet over my head till I'm back to a standing position. O_O

Gymnastics is one of my favorite olympic sports to watch. I tried it as a kid and utterly failed. Still fun though.

the whole time i'm watching this, one the voices in my head is screams "THEY"RE NOT HUMAN!!!"
Do they even have a skeleton?

I saw a Rhythmic Ball routine about a month ago that really blew me away, it was very CJ, and amazing, believe she was the daughter of another famous Gymnast. I'll see if i can't find it again, it was truly incredible.
