I was just practicing with my acrylic, and I dropped it onto the blanket on the floor.... and then it bounced into a chair leg and now it has a huge scratch ........ i think I'm going to cry.

Now you have an acrylic you won't be afraid of dropping... your contact is about to go to the next level. :)

I suppose that silver lining is there. Sad part was just before I dropped it, I was thinking "Man, I had to set up for this. I am never practicing with this outside. That's it. No dice." and about thirty seconds later..... :: sigh ::; It's like it /knew/.

You know.. most likely its still perfectly salvageable.. Get the novus setup, and ask iMark how he keeps his balls in pristine condition. If you ask nicely enough, he may just give you a hint or two.. But really.. You can buff out most scratches.

I'm sure it is salvageable. It's not a deep as I was panicking about last night. Still quite noticeable, though... sigh.

I bought the Novus kit when I bought my acrylics.
So you are welcome to borrow it to buff out the scratch, if you like.

Yep. My wife tells me that all the time.
Well...something like that.
Maybe not in so many words...but I'm pretty sure that's the sentiment behind: "Do the dishes."

No... no its not Kirk...
It was the sentiment behind "reno the down stairs bathroom"
The sentiment behind "do the dishes" I believe is "i've had the day from hell, rub my feet"
