Spiral is a boss. She has such a good performance style, its so dynamic and crisp.

And on a side note, the last time we hung out she was able to hole her leg above her head and balance a ball on the bottom of her toes (which are above her head...again) and then she could almost butterfly downward and roll the ball same style as a brunn roll...kinda, she was getting close.

I think my brain may have kinda sorta just exploded, for a number of different reasons. First off...the entire thing was insanely amazing and awesome beyond belief. I wanna be like her. That was fantastic.
Second...the gymnast part of my brain exploded at her press handstand at 2:10...though I can't actually tell if muscled her way up or jumped and covered it with good editing. I'm thinking the latter...but still...that was awesome!
And the model part of my brain exploded because I wore a pair of pants that looked more or less identical to hers, and I don't know how she managed to get her leg above her head. O.o

I saw this one a while back and loved it. Dont know why it wasnt put here sooner. She does have an incredible style and the contact I would describe as being at many points...Powerful....Ive thought about trying to implement a powerstyle into contact before but she makes it so graceful and strong at the some time. Its a refreshing perspective on manipulation.
