It's on! Who's going? This is my favorite juggling festival, hands down... free admission, lodging, and eats... Arcata's awesome... the juggling scene there is incredibly integrated and full of spinners and hoopers as well... mad talent among the workshop leaders... let's do it!!

Wouldn't miss it for the world ^^. Gotta hit it up before I make the possible move up to Portland and go adding another 5 hours to that drive lol. Already in touch with my friends in Arcata to see if any of them non juggley folks wanna join the fun or have a spare couch. Though crashing in the gym would be awesome, not miss any of the late night action.

You doing a workshop again this year Richard, if so I'm not missing it this time xD (had to go to Big Pete's like....20 min before last time >.< and didn't make it back up the hill in time T.T)

Edit: I love that time capsule moments in this video. At like....38 seconds in, in the still frames, you can see a guy working on chest rolls in the background by the other bleachers............that was me, trying chest rolls for the very first time ever lol

I'm def gonna be teaching at this one - last year I did palmspinning, isos, and I think a business+philosophy of flow class. If we get our poop grouped, Kyle and Noel and I will actually have a tandem contact routine by March...

I'm really, really interested in coming but it's quite a trek from where I'm living in Los Angeles. If anyone here wants to carpool from any point really between LA and Humboldt do let me know! I don't think I'll make it if I have to drive the whole way myself...

You should talk to the Carpe Awesome folks - I think they're caravanning up.

Are the Carpe Awesome people the same ones that do Flow Temple? If so, I really need to huff it up to Venice Beach.

Maybe someone will know. This sounds like fun. And free!!! Richard, how is lodging? Can I camp there for free as well? I have camping equipment. Will they have flush toilets and showers as well? Ack, it's 700 miles away from the L.A. area. A carpool is mandatory for that trip.

If you show up on Friday, there's a housing raffle in the renegade show. Everyone who hasn't lined up a place to stay yet gets paraded up on stage and you basically all do tricks or tell stupid jokes or whatever until some nice circus people throw you a couch :) Bring a sleeping bag or a blanket and you're golden. If you wanna camp anyway, the weather could be really nice and you could head up into the redwoods for the night time, but the housing raffle is always an option. Humboldt people are a good time.

And yeah, Carpe Awesome is the Venice Beach jam, I think... and if it's not done by Flow Temple people then there's a massive overlap in their communities. Sadly, I still haven't been to LA for the spinning yet... I've really gotta get down there.

Had to pass on Humbolt for the Flow Show. BUT I know all who are going to be able to make it to Humbolt are obviously going to have an amazing time! I still really hope to make it at some point. :D

EDIT: Can't wait for some video from Humbolt. ^_^
