hello! I'm new at all, with contact juggling.
I have practiced palm isolation for about 3 weeks.
I would be very grateful if you could give me some feedback :D

Looking good to me, especally for just three weeks. There's still a lot of bumps to iron out but we're all doing that, and most of us will be for many years. You're right on track, you've already got the illusion of floating going on, now all you have to work on is the illusion of stillness. Keep it up! :D

what helped me was to try to keep your hand fairly flat and do it slowly, but for 3 weeks its coming along well, just keep doing what your doing and in a few months you will have it looking good.

My personal preference is to make a wider circle, try and cover more of the heel of your hand (you may have to practice some funky balance points there) and your thumb as well.

Good work, I was expecting a much bouncy less controlled spin from 3 weeks so keep it up.

Yep, I agree with Brine and flatten your hand out like jake suggested. That will give it an entirely different illusion

Tips for flattening out the hand, when you first learn the circle you push the ball with the finger behind the ball's path (make sense? so you are lifting a finger to push the ball along) to get it flatter and smoother you want to be lowering the finger in front of the ball's path to make a space for it to roll into.

Don't push, make a path.

I should make a video to explain, but that would be waaaaay to helpful.

that looked pretty good, but personally i like to go just a bit faster, practice often though cause it will realy help for a one ball figure eight.

I was wondering about that myself, I'm pretty happy with mine but I guess making it flatter could help. Good advice.
