That move is my ultimate goal, I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. Billy Bellew does it about as smoothly as Okotanpe does and I've seen a few others do it awesomely too though I can't remember who. I'm speaking as a semi-noob but I think it's probably one of the most advanced moves to pull off well. You've got to have perfect arm rolls, perfect hand transfers and probably perfect outer elbow stalls too. I think working on really clean folding lines may help this move as well, since the middle part of a folding line is basically this move but without the isolation. I always like to learn the roll first, isolation second.

hrrm, the first time i ever saw that move...Grateful was the one who was doing it. Crazy speed when he did it. My mind tried wrapping around how it didnt just go flying off his arm. btw, he still has awesome controll.
