Yeah, if I've been drinking all my other moves go to crap but my palm iso is freaking epic.

I personally find that my palm iso is more solid if i spend 20-30 minutes warming up with some 2 ball palmspins. and I also noticed that spinning the same direction as your palm iso helps. i.e. if your palm iso starts at your thumb, works across your fingers, and is pushed across the back of your palm with your pinky, counterclockwise if righthanded, then palm spin in a counterclockwise direction as well. From what I can tell it works the same muscles in the same way, or at least in a similar fashion.

I've noticed that my isolation's are are better left handed than right despite my right being my dominant hand.

Me too. I'm a left-handed right-handed contact juggler. Though my left hand is dominant in toss juggling... and my left elbow is smarter than my right...

Ha ha ha, so I guess this whole thread is a figment of my imagination. Something that I thought up while lost in the sphere.

*pokes at the thread*

It feels real...

My palm isos are still best when nobody's watching. The phrase, "Hey look guys, I think I've finally got it!" seems to be jinxed, at least. xD

Its a jugglers curse, the words"check this out" will always be met with anxiety and loss of control.

Just so long as, when I finally make it into a show, I don't have to tell the audience, "Everyone turn around so that I can perform this next one."
