1.Upside down chest roll? not sure what to call it. It involves leaning back, and arching head backwards toward the ground, and doing a chest roll on the underside of the arms... "Armpit roll?"

2.One leg isolation poses and footwork for my summer performances.

Anyways, I'm having LOADS of trouble with arm rolls and spirals, I'm trying to get into body rolling,. I guess it's a little hard because equipment wise i only have a few small acrylics... Any tips?

Freedom of movement with contact juggling. I want my ball to not be a prop but a dance partner. I'm nearly to the point with this that I'm ready to share... Should be just a few more weeks ^_^

I am learning leg rolls to the max! They are working too!!

What do you call a "chest roll" That goes foot to foot? A crotch roll?

Dawn if you really can do those I will be so jealous. They are doable but I just don't have the foot skills to stop the ball at the end...Make a video of them when you get there to help motivate me.
