Flower sticks.

Bridge rolls going from my left elbow stall to my right. And boy did I just go back to the basics because I never practice this.

I am currently working on outside elbow stalls, outside armrolls and folding lines!

Ive been working on Bridge Rolls going from Right to Left outside elbow stall and then trying to go back the other direction. Making decent progress!

Closed eye folding lines, and switching between palm and back hand isolations.

Let's see, haven't posted here in a while...

-still working on comfortable foot tosses (Kyle wrecks the curve)
-still trying that throw to the right temple stall
-almost landing jackknife-jackknife tosses
-almost landing rolls between temples, forehead, and top of head
-definitely getting up and down stairs in crown stall
-definitely getting chin-ups with ball on head
-definitely integrating more taiji.

well... I'm trying to practice only headrolls on CJ.

currently working on:
- temple to top of head (both sides)
- temple to cheek (can't do it well on left side yet)
- eye to temple
- sometimes temple to temple
- moving with ball on top of head stall. walking, running, jumping and things like that...
- rolling between "blind points" on top of head ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3IFqbUALnTc )

Also:
- 3 diabolos and a lot of toss juggling stuff
- trying to get money to buy a good camera and a tripod.

Spirals and keeping motivation. :P

2 ball body roll stuff, spirals, and tons of 1 and 2 hoop isohoop stuff! Yay for 30 minute lunch (juggle) breaks whenever I want!

Working on regaining everything I've lost after a harrowing semester. (not lost, really, just out of practice)
Working on a routine for a performance on New Year's Eve.
Decided to pick up lockpicking, so hopefully I will be making a set of picks and torsion wrenches soon. Already had some success picking some padlocks with paperclips.

I got my very first ball today so I'm working on Palm Circle isolation. Been doing it for like 2 hours so it's getting easier little by little.

it has narrowed down to some loverly folding lines and stalls.

I am working on my palm spin. My right hand is starting to be really solid, and I'm working on slowing down my hand motion. Left hand not as solid, but I can still do a nice palm spin with it.

I am working on a lower back roll, so far it does not seem all that interesting to me, but I think with proper timing it could look really nice in a flow.
