OKAY! So, here is my quick messy video.

I'm just starting it off with a claw isolation in ONE hand. You can use either hand. Your video submission will include a claw iso and whatever you'd like to come after it.

Submit your videos anytime between now and next Wednesday. I will be announcing the winning move of the week BY next Wednesday night (if something comes up, I'll try to make it Thursday morning by the latest).

Take this week to spend some time specifically practicing your claw isos and whatever move you want to put after it, even if you've been doing it awhile. :) Don't stress though. I'm only expecting you to do your best for whatever level you're at. If you've only been cjing a couple months, I'm not going to expect you to look like you've been doing it for a couple years. I'm just wanting you to try. Just try! :D

Claw Iso is the move. People submit their 'suggestion' as to the next move. The winner is picked each week. What do you think should come after claw?

You do claw isos and a trick of your choice, then after the week is over, Sennyo picks a winner and next week they have to do the winners trick plus a new one. Lets say only me and Tobias entered this week, I did a claw iso -> claw iso transfer, and he did a claw iso -> squeeze ups, Sennyo picks Tobias as the winner, that means next week everyone has to do claw iso -> squeeze ups -> random trick of your choice, then repeat this chain process. And it keeps getting harder as the weeks go until there's a winner.
