euuuu........ 7 months.....? Around that I think.

And that video made me realize my isolations were getting worse as I started seriously practising rolls.... I need to practise them both equally.

pfff, those iso's are amazing for seven months. maybe it's due to starting on them so late, but palm circles and palm iso's continue to be the bane of my cj existance and i been going at it for 4+ years...again very impressive.
