Switch it to private, then wait for the site to remove the dead link.

I put some annotations first before i remove it or make it private, so that for sometime the viewers in that website read my notes. (by the way i did switch that to private, but it was still on... i guess it takes some time to be a dead link, so now it's back to public)
Thanks though Dizz :)

Don't take it off, Now everyone who watches it from Fushigity's actual website will see your message.
That is so messed up.

Ouch attack of the video snatchers. I like how you changed the annotations though, so the video on the f site show that it is not one of those balls. Looks like your not the only one though, I followed that link that you posted in your second post showing the f site with your video and I noticed in the top left corner they also had a Masaki Hirano video and an advert for real acrylic balls *at least the advert for real acrylics said contact juggling*

I had the exact same thing happen to me so I put loads of annotations on mine and left it up on their site. I figure it did them more harm than good :D

I've noticed they've also got one of OcTavO's videos there, as well.

Looking around the site though; they do mention fairly often that it is used for contact juggling not 'fushigi' and it does say a few times that it takes time to learn (though, at one point they say it takes only a week to master :? ).
It seems they have been listening to some of the complaints.

Leave your messages up there, though. They shouldn't steal your video.

George, I like your style. Those annotations are a perfect way to deal with the situation :D :D

The use of annotations was an idea by Cory O, and that really made my day and saved that video from being deleted ^^ thanks again!

If you read that annotations you can see that i am very polite.. should i..? haha anyways, i will go look for Octavo's video now to see how polite he is :rolling: :ahhh:

PS. The number of views, comments and likes of this (not so good) video of mine was a mystery so far :grrr:

Another 'polite' way would be to invoice them for using your videos.

Absolutely right my friend :) i just don't got time or money to get this thing started... though still, this is the only polite way!! (or am i one more of these guys - chickensh1ts - that say: "oh fok it, i will not bother that much" and our world has become to what it is now...?!! fok me.. and imagine that i live in wasteland - that is greece - the perfect example of not bothering making the change...)
Peace, love & respect!

Technically they are being completely legal so there isn't too much you can do about it except what you have done. Just like I can imbed your video to any website I want to, so can they. As soon as you upload a video to YouTube it can be linked to or imbedded by anyone. Though they should respect your request for them to take it down, they don't have to.
My suggestion would be to keep it positive. You don't want people who are new to CJ to look at your video and get turned away from the art because they see negativity within the community. So like I said, your annotations are a good step to lead people toward what CJ really is.

Anyway, what's the prize? You can't have a contest without a prize :D

Is it a fu ball? How do we win it?
