1) Palmspin
2) Reverse Two Hand Palmspin (Iso if wanted) (Not sure what the real name of the regular two hand palmspin is... So I made one up!) :stack:

I'm still pretty rusty and I didn't pull this trick off as well as I wanted but I'm sure I can improve it if I keep practicing.

Cheers!

My form is awful, I know, but this is the best take I could get. In my defense, I HAVE ONLY BEEN DOING THIS SINCE TUESDAY.

Edit: It's in 720P on YouTube 8)

Edit edit: See what I mean about having huge hands? I shot the video sitting down because I'm so tall that I don't fit in the frame standing up!

1) palm spin -- sort of
2) index finger flip.

I second the great music on Scottbot's video and the neat stall too!

For a second or two I thought it was some kind of variation on the theme to Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

It is, from the episode "once more with feeling".

That's one of the few episodes of Buffy that I've seen.

Since palm iso to claw iso is already done, I decided to do this. I know it isn´t a clean iso but I almost never practise palm isolations... That headstall in the beginning went wrong in the previous take and then it bumped to the wall and it has it´s first scratch :( Anyways I hope to get a lot better with my isolations and other stuff. Lots of contact juggle fun everyone!

edit: At the beginning I say ´hi´ not ´I´.
